BigoRec is built around the principle that we hold the minimum information needed to deliver the service. No emails, no real names, no tracking pixels.
What we store
Your Telegram numeric ID (so we can deliver recordings to you), the list of Bigo creators you watch, your subscription expiry date, and a per-user deposit address derived from a master seed. We log technical events (upload success/failure, payment confirmations) for operations, retained 90 days.
What we don't store
We don't ask for your email, phone, real name, or identity documents. We don't run analytics scripts. We don't use cookies for tracking. We don't sell, rent, or share data with third parties — there are none in our stack except Telegram (for delivery), Supabase (database), Vercel (web hosting), and BSC public RPC nodes (for on-chain payment confirmation).
Payments
Payments are USDT (BEP-20) on Binance Smart Chain. The blockchain is public — anyone can inspect addresses and amounts. We never see private keys other than the master seed we derive from. Funds received are swept on-chain to our operator wallet.
Your data, your control
To delete your data, block @bigorec_live_bot or send /delete in chat. Your bot_users row, watchlist entries, and payment records will be removed within 14 days. Public on-chain records can't be deleted — that's how blockchains work.
